What we collect
- Contact and enquiry details you give us — name, email, phone, suburb, and what you need — through our forms or WhatsApp.
- Quote, booking and payment records. Card payments are processed by Paystack; we receive confirmation of payment but do not collect or store your full card number.
- Basic website usage data (such as pages visited) collected through analytics to improve the site.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out and support installations and services, take payment, keep proper business records, and — only where you have agreed — send you relevant updates.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with the service providers that run our operations, including Paystack (payments), Brevo (email delivery), our website host, and qualified installation partners assigned to your job. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain uses. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
