Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

How to cancel or reschedule an installation, service or order.

Rescheduling

Plans change — that is fine. If you let us know at least 48 hours before your booked installation or service, you can reschedule to the next available slot at no charge.

Cancelling

You may cancel at any time by emailing sales@chargepointsa.co.za or calling 0800-EV-HELP with your name and quote or order number. What is refunded is set out in our Refund Policy: in short, a deposit is refunded less any costs we have already reasonably incurred, and if work has started you are charged only for work done and materials used.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or our team arrives at the agreed time and cannot get access to the property, we may retain the part of your deposit that covers the travel and time already committed to your booking. We will always tell you the amount and the reason.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to move a booking — for example because of weather, safety, or supplier delays. We will give you as much notice as we can and offer the earliest new slot. If we cancel and cannot reschedule to your satisfaction, you receive a full refund of your deposit.
